Ed Spence, Managing Broker
Ed has help hundreds of people buy and sell homes in his 30 years in the real estate industry in Atlanta. He
currently serves as managing broker for Atlanta Realty Group, which averages $7 million dollars in home
sales annually. Prior to acquiring ARG, Ed owned a home building firm where he custom designed and built
over 100 homes in the Atlanta area ranging from small cottages to a multi-million dollar estate overlooking
the skyline of Atlanta. He also wrote a home inspection course for a national technical school.
Ed's comprehensive real estate knowledge -- from sales to construction to design to inspection -- has
proven to be a great benefit for both buyers and sellers.

Jayne Spence, Marketing | Communication
Jayne has worked in the residential real estate industry in Atlanta for 30 years. As a licensed agent since
1986, she has successfully participated in hundreds of real estate transactions during her career. Having
grown up in Buckhead and currently living in Roswell/East Cobb, Jayne knows the entire north Atlanta
suburbs from both a personal and business perspective. She specializes in East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta,
Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Cumming, Woodstock, Canton, and Big Canoe.
She has also written extensively about the real estate industry as a reporter for the Atlanta Journal-
Constitution and as a contributor to Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles magazine. She also wrote the Complete
Homebuilding Handbook for Metro Home Counsel. Jayne holds a master’s degree in communication and
taught at Mercer University. Her extensive background in both real estate and communication has proven to
be a valuable resource for her clients.

Joan Quattlebaum, ARG Founding Partner
A near native Atlantan, she grew up in the 60's and 70's in Buckhead, but has since called several Atlanta
neighborhoods home...Sandy Springs, Mid Town, East Cobb, North Fulton and Big Canoe (in the north
Georgia mountains). First licensed as a Realtor in 1983, she earned her brokers license in 1995 when she
founded Atlanta Realty Group. She is a lifetime member of the ABR million dollar club and has worked with

Lynn May, Sales Executive
Lynn joined the Atlanta Realty Group in 2004. She has a background in sales and management for a
construction engineering and consulting firm which she owns with her husband. Her specialties include
residential sales and investment properties in East Cobb and North Fulton, as well as property in Big
Canoe, a resort community in the North Georgia mountains. As a long-time resident of East Cobb, she is
actively involved in many school and community organizations . . . in fact, you might run into her at one of the
animal adoption days at Petsmart! Lynn has already helped several families settle into their new homes

Marjie Bowersock, Sales Executive
Marjie has worked in residential real estate sales for 25 years. She became a licensed agent in 1980 in
Miami, Florida where she became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She moved to Roswell in
February, 2004 and joined Atlanta Realty Group in October, 2005. She specializes in East Cobb, Roswell,
Alpharetta, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Woodstock and Canton.
Marjie is married to Bob and they have 5 children, 4 grandchildren and one on the way. They also have a dog,
