Joan Quattlebaum,  Managing Broker  |  Founder

Joan was first licensed as a Realtor in 1983.  After several
successful years working for 2 of the largest Atlanta firms, she
earned her broker’s license in 1995 and founded Atlanta
Realty Group. Her vision brought together a group
of brokers and associates that were committed to her highly
personalized, customer focused business model.  Their
customers have benefited from ARG’s creative use of a wide
range of innovative marketing tools & plans, attention to detail
and the highest level of individualized service to their clients.

Although her primary focus continues to be residential real
estate, over the past several years, unsolicited references
from her residential clients to friends in commercial real estate
has expanded her reach.  Now she is also using her successful
marketing techniques to assist commercial brokers, investment
firms and property owners in commercial property sales and
leasing. Now she enjoys working with both residential and
commercial clients to meet their ever changing needs.
