- List your home in the First Multiple Listing Service
(FMLS). The FMLS is a private database of all homes for sale in Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs. Nearly 80% of homes are sold through MLSs. Realtors search the FMLS to find homes to show their clients. Your home needs to stand out among the crowd and our listings do! We use our professional writing skills to highlight the special features of your home and we upload 12 pictures so that agents can “preview“ your home before they schedule a visit.
