- Photographing Your Home to highlight it's best features is next. We use state of the art digital
equipment to take pictures, both inside and out and then digitally enhance them for super high quality
shots. We use a unique "stitching" technique to create dramatic panoramas for brochures, and to upload
on the FMLS, Realtor.com and our website. Good pictures entice prospective buyers like nothing else can!
- Creating a Website Specific to Your Home is a service we offer unlike any other! Using the
photographs we've produced, we design and launch a custom web page or complete site highlighting your
home, not just a template site that looks like all the others. Your home stands out in the crowd! We use it in
search engine campaigns, as a link from the national search sites and for all on line advertising,
- Designing and Creating a Custom Color Brochure is the final step for preparing to LIST! We
provide two versions - a comprehensive 3 - 7 page overview of your home and neighborhood for prospects
who have toured your home to take... and a reproducible one page color flyer with minimum 4 pictures for
you to have, copy and keep stocked in an outside flyer box.

- Realtor E-mail Announcements. We send an initial email blast to all 10,000+ Atlanta Area Realtors

- Search Engine Marketing. We have achieved a high level of success using PPC marketing (keyword
searches) such as Google AdWords for specific properties... Ask us how it works!
- Realtor FMLS/Supra lockbox provided. With your permission, Realtors can show your home while
you are away.
